une's Pizza graduated from cult-following pop-up to West Oakland mainstay — and the lines tell you everything you need to know. The menu is short on purpose: a flawless Margherita, a pepperoni that curls into crispy oil-pooled cups, and one rotating seasonal special, each pie the size of a bike wheel with a puffy, charred, tangy sourdough crust that gets talked about for days. Reservations are strongly recommended, the vibe is industrial-meets-neighborhood, and yes, the wait is worth it.
