The Park Street Tavern

Growing up, owner Christos Frangoulis spent his summers in Greece, often in the kitchen learning to cook with his aunts and relatives. These experiences ignited his passion for Greek and Mediterranean food and helped set him on the path to his restaurant career that started more than a decade ago. Christos has held a variety of positions in Bay Area restaurants and bars, honing his attention to detail at every level of the restaurant business. His experience working at some of the East Bay’s longest-standing Italian restaurants and his time in his relatives’ restaurants and home kitchens in Greece has informed his menu at The Park Street Tavern, which emphasizes fresh ingredients and the best flavors from the Mediterranean.
