We're excited to welcome you to Executive Inn & Suites on the Oakland waterfront. Here are a few things to know to make your retreat weekend as smooth as possible.
Rates shift with occupancy, and our group block fills up. We recommend booking early to lock in your stay — and be sure to book directly through the group link to receive complimentary parking.
Because so many of you asked about arriving early, we've further discounted the rate for Thursday night so you can settle in ahead of the weekend. That said, we were nearly sold out at last year's retreat, so even with a request, early check-in on the day of arrival may not be possible. We'll always do our best — please plan your arrival with that in mind.
Enjoy the cool, laid-back vibe of The Cove, our bar just off the lobby, featuring a special steak and salmon dinner grilled to order. This phenomenally reviewed meal tastes like home cooking, just the way you like it — the perfect place to gather with the group at the end of the day.
You'll love how easy it is to settle in. We offer a tranquil waterfront setting with quick highway access, and we're within walking distance of several restaurants and a Starbucks — plus every food delivery app you'd ever need, with multiple cuisines brought right to your door. Historic downtown Oakland is about five minutes away, with the rest of the Bay Area an easy drive from there.
