saving during your stay

"I stayed at the hotel for my wedding anniversary weekend. It was fabulous! The service was excellent. I made my reservation on line and made a special request in the comments section.

I received a phone call from the property the morning before my arrival acknowledging my request and letting me know they were looking forward to my arrival! The front desk staff, Victor, Michele, Brittany and Chennel were all very professional and very responsive to every request. Jorge our shuttle driver was a delight! The room was an upgraded renovated room with a bay view. Marvelous!

Breakfast was okay but plentiful and I appreciate that this offering helps make weekend travel more affordable. I will be back and if the service stays at the exceptional level I won't even think of staying elsewhere. I had lots of fun and felt really taken care of at this property. There was obvious renovation going on at the time but it did not detract from the experience at all.

Room Tip: Bay view is beautiful and the bed in the newly renovated room was perfectly comfortable."

"We stayed at the hotel multiple times during January - February of this year due to the unexpected illness and hospitalization of my mother, at a nearby hospital.

I would like to compliment the General Manager on the wonderful staff you have. My mother passed away in February, but I will always remember the compassion and heartfelt concern your staff showed at a very difficult time in our lives, especially Mardy and Doris. They both exemplified the true meaning of customer service. Being from out of town, we stayed multiple times over a two week period and the accommodations and service were always excellent!

Definitely will stay there again. Absolutely enjoyed my stay in this beautiful waterfront hotel.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, great shuttle service and much more. Especially loved Mardy, who is kind, helpful, professional and friendly. Definitely will stay there again if I go back to Oakland!!"

"Super friendly hotel staff, Nina at the front desk went above and beyond to accommodate us. Late check out to catch the airport shuttle. Can't ask for more. Will stay again next time in Oakland. Thanks!"
