From Friday, August 28 through Sunday, August 30, 2026, San Francisco hosts the 2026 Pokémon World Championships — the capstone of the competitive Pokémon season, and this year a milestone marking Pokémon's 30th anniversary. Trainers who spent the season earning Championship Points from regions around the world converge on Moscone Center to battle for world titles across the Pokémon Trading Card Game, Video Game Championships, Pokémon GO, and Pokémon UNITE, with the competitive debut of Pokémon Champions on the main stage. Running alongside it is PokémonXP, the first official Pokémon fan convention of its kind, bringing panels, workshops, performances, special guests, cosplay, and a Pokémon Center pop-up store to the same halls. For the first time ever, Championship Sunday moves across town to Chase Center for the Grand Finals. Organizers expect more than 50,000 people across the weekend.

Absolutely Amazing sorry to be leaving!
"What else can a hotel do for you. From the moment we arrived at the Airport we where collected by the free shuttle service, which doesn't just do shuttle runs and taken to the Hotel.
During the 10 minute drive to the hotel it was like having our own tour guide the lady asked us our plans and what places we where going to visit. With this information she then told us what we needed to do when we needed to do it an where we needed to be.
Once we arrived at the hotel the same lady then handed us over to the front desk who couldn't help us enough. We were given timetables for the ferry from Oakland to Pier 41 and given a time that the free shuttle would take us.
The room was a double queen with everything we needed as a family of 4, a fridge , microwave and the TV, not that we used it during our visit.
The amenities at the Hotel matched the test of the review, outstanding. A small menu in the bar for hot food and a small shop just behind the reception, which didn't rip you off.
Everything works in this hotel from the complementary breakfast to the free shuttle saving us a small fortune in taxi fairs.
Lastly the staff, these guys are so helpful, kind and the willingness to help leave other hotels we have stayed at miles behind.
Thank you all at the Executive Inn and Suites. We are already planning our return trip next year."

"We had a fine and very comfortable room with a view, one that presented no problems for my wife while using her walker. The complimentary continental cuisine (I just could not resist that) for breakfast was right up there with the best we have experienced in out travels and the atmosphere was certainly relaxing.
A point really appreciated by people such as we, plucked from our beds at an earlier than usual hour! And we must make special note of the shuttle service. That is really a great feature. We were able to go where and almost to the minute, when we wanted. It eliminated the need to rent a car and promptly get lost (it has happened!)
Your staff was also efficient and friendly and that certainly is important for tourists. Then there was the friendly personal attention you gave us, we certainly felt like honored guest!
