AT&T Park normally serves as a baseball park and home to the San Francisco Giants, of Major League Baseball. While construction is completed on Cal's Memorial Stadium, most 2011 home games will be played here. Originally named Pacific Bell Park, then renamed SBC Park in 2003, as a result of the SBC acquisition of Pacific Bell, the stadium was ultimately christened AT&T Park on March 3, 2006, just two years after it had adopted the SBC Park name.
Candlestick Park (also commonly referred to as Candlestick or The Stick) is an outdoor sports and entertainment stadium located in San Francisco, California in the Bayview Heights area, and will be home field for the Cal Bears on September 3, 2011. The stadium was originally built as the home of Major League Baseball's San Francisco Giants, who played there from 1960 until moving into Pacific Bell Park (since renamed AT&T Park) in 2000. It is the home field of the San Francisco 49ers.
