Most pleasant surprise in location, staff, services. A larger than expected facility, with an outstanding staff, who took care of our needs. The hotel shuttle took us to places other than the airport. They will take you wherever you need to go. BART and Amtrak are nearby. Freeway accessible. comfortable rooms. Continental Breakfast. The friendliest staff we've encountered in a long time. Close to Alameda, Coast Guard Island, Oakland Airport, and Jack London Square.
