Great Customer Service I have been staying at the hotel 3 to 5 days a week since late 2009 for business. The staff has given me outstanding service in all the services they provide. Rooms are clean, I like the way they support saving the environment, their complimentary breakfast is perfect for me and they make it easy to travel. They provide shuttle service to public transportation which is extremely helpful to me. Every employee seems to care for their job, it is refreshing to see total good customer service. would like to acknowledge one of the drivers, her name is Doris.
