My husband and I travel to San Francisco for vacation, we had a awful experience in a different hotel so we cancel our reservation. We drove around Oakland and found this little paradise by the beach. The room was clean, rooms were comfortable, good customer service. The staff was very helpful, Miguel gave us a nice room on the water with a balcony and provide a good customer service, he even took us to different restaurants and shopping.
