One of the best places to stay in Oakland! The hotel is located in an excellent area juts outside the noise of Oakland and next to the 880 freeway. From the hotel you can go almost anywhere in the Bay area. The views are great and the staff is excellent. AJ, one of the supervisors, always greets me with a smile and makes sure that all my needs are met. You can have a great facility, in a wonderful location, and with wonderful views but without the staff flexibility and courteousness all of that would not mean anything. AJ is superb when it comes to customer service; I have also gotten good service from Doris, Marty, Carlos, and Sharon.
